Thank you for being a part of the SCOWA's 2-Day State Conference. We are grateful for your willingness to share your expertise and support the growth of South Carolina’s onsite wastewater industry. This event brings together installers, designers, regulators, manufacturers, engineers, inspectors, environmental health professionals, and industry partners for two days of practical education, hands-on learning, and regulatory updates. Your contribution ensures our attendees receive high-value training and walk away with knowledge they can use immediately in the field.

The SCOWA 2-Day Conference offers:
12 CEU credit hours
Field-day demonstrations

Regulator and industry-led sessions
Audience: Onsite wastewater professionals from across South Carolina, including installers, designers, manufacturers, regulators, engineers, inspectors, and service providers.

Most sessions are 60–90 minutes, unless otherwise noted.
Please ensure your session includes 3–5 learning objectives, required for CEU approval.
To ensure CEU compliance and smooth transitions between sessions. We ask that you send your presentation prior to the conference. Please let Hannah know if your presentation has videos or needs sound.

How to Submit:

or if we need to set up a dropbox account, please email Hannah and let her know.
SCOWA will provide:
Projector & screen
HDMI connection
A dedicated AV support contact onsite
Please bring:
Your presentation on a USB drive as backup
Your laptop (optional)
Any necessary adapters (USB-C, HDMI, etc.) (if applicable)
Visit the SCOWA Desk upon arrival to get your badge, confirm your session, and meet your SCOWA contact.
We will have a speaker room available for you if you are not attending the full conference. Some sessions run back to back so if you would like to test your presentation in the room, please review the agenda and let Hannah know so you can set up a time to meet when the room is empty for AV testing and room check.
