You’ll only need to pay once today for both your conference registration and your 2026 membership renewal.

2. Attendee - Class A SCOWA Member Registration – $350.00
This registration rate is available to Class A SCOWA members who have a current license number on file with SCDES. It includes full access to all conference sessions, the exhibit hall, meals, networking events, and receptions—everything included in the full two-day experience.

Please note: Membership status will be verified by the SCOWA administrator to confirm the correct registration type.
3. Attendee - Class B SCOWA Member Registration – $350.00
This registration rate is available to Class B SCOWA members who do NOT hold a license number. It provides full access to all conference sessions, the exhibit hall, meals, networking events, and receptions—everything included in the complete two-day experience.

Please note: Membership status will be verified by the SCOWA administrator to confirm the correct registration type.
4. Attendee - Non-Member Registration – $400.00
This registration fee is for individuals who are not members of SCOWA. It includes full access to all conference sessions, exhibit hall, meals, networking events, and receptions—everything included in the 2-day experience.

Please note: The SCOWA administrator will verify membership status to ensure correct registration type.
5. Attendee - Regulator Registration – $200.00
This registration fee is for individuals who are regulators. It includes full access to all conference sessions, exhibit hall, meals, networking events, and receptions—everything included in the 2-day experience.
6. Attendee - Student Registration – $175.00
This registration rate is for students or individuals currently enrolled in a school program who are interested in the onsite wastewater industry. A student ID and school name must be provided on the registration form.

It includes full access to all conference sessions, the exhibit hall, meals, networking events, and receptions—everything included in the two-day experience.

Please note: Registration status will be verified by the SCOWA administrator to confirm the correct registration type.
Exhibitor - Non-Member Registration – $750.00
This exhibitor registration is for non-members of SCOWA. Includes one exhibit booth and registration for one attendee. Each additional company representative is $200 per person.

Exhibitors must also indicate whether they plan to bring equipment for an outside exhibit or use an indoor table in the exhibit hall.

Please note: Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own signage.
Exhibitor - SCOWA Member Registration – $550.00
This exhibitor registration is exclusively for SCOWA Members. Includes one exhibit booth and registration for one attendee. Each additional company representative is $200 per person.

Exhibitors must also indicate whether they plan to bring equipment for an outside exhibit or use an indoor table in the exhibit hall on your registration form.

Conference Update
The conference has been rescheduled to February 9-10, and registration remains closed at this time.

We are maintaining a waitlist while confirming attendance. Should space become available due to any cancellations, we will contact waitlisted individuals accordingly up until Saturday, February 7. We recognize that this may be disappointing for those still hoping to attend, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we work within the space limitations of the venue.

This decision ensures a safe, comfortable, and high-quality experience for all registered attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and sponsors.

For those unable to attend this conference, please know that SCOWA will be hosting two Field Days in 2026, each offering additional continuing education (CEU) opportunities. These events are designed to provide hands-on learning and practical training, and we look forward to sharing more details soon.

The Marina Inn at Grande Dunes is working directly with our group to move existing hotel reservations from the original conference dates to the new dates. You will receive an email from the hotel’s reservations department confirming your updated dates by Monday, February 2, 2026. Please review and confirm that email once it arrives to ensure everything is correct.

Please review the guidance below based on how your room was booked:

Booked within the SCOWA room block: Your reservation will be transferred by the hotel, and you will receive a confirmation email by February 2.
Booked outside of the SCOWA room block: Please contact the hotel’s reservations department to confirm your reservation has been moved.
