1. Gold Sponsor – $750.00
Premium visibility at the SCOWA Field Day.

Includes logo placement on marketing materials, recognition in emails and social media.

All sponsors are welcome to set up an exhibit space. This is an outdoor field event—please plan to bring your own setup (table, tent, or tailgate-style display). Exhibitor placement will be coordinated near the food truck and high-traffic areas.

2. Silver Sponsor – $500.00
Strong brand presence with logo recognition on promotional materials. Includes social media recognition and on-site visibility.

4. Coffee Sponsor – $250.00
Help kickstart the day by sponsoring coffee for attendees. Includes recognition near coffee station with signage and acknowledgment in event communications. A great way to keep your brand top-of-mind throughout the morning. Note: This sponsorship does not include exhibitor space or on-site setup.
5. Water Cooler Sponsor – $250.00
Keep attendees refreshed throughout the day by sponsoring on-site water stations.
Includes recognition at water cooler stations and in event communications, providing consistent visibility during this outdoor event. Note: This sponsorship does not include exhibitor space or on-site setup.
6. Hand Sanitizer Sponsor – $100.00
Support a clean and safe event environment by sponsoring hand sanitizer stations.
Includes recognition at sanitizer stations and acknowledgment in event communications. Note: This sponsorship does not include exhibitor space or on-site setup.
7. Exhibitor Only Option – $250.00

Sponsorships and exhibitor opportunities are limited to ensure quality engagement.

What to Know Before You Attend

Lunch: Lunch is not provided. Please plan to bring your own or purchase from an on-site BBQ food truck. A menu will be shared in advance to help you plan.

Seating: This is an outdoor field event with multiple activity zones. If you require a chair, please bring one with you.

Dress: Outdoor/field attire is recommended (boots suggested).

Weather: The event will take place on Thursday, May 28. In the event of inclement weather, a rain date is scheduled for Thursday, June 4.

Exhibitor & Setup Information

This is an outdoor field event. All sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own setup (table, tent, or tailgate-style display).

Exhibitor placement will be coordinated near high-traffic areas, including near the food truck and demonstration zones.

You will be required to provide detailed setup information during registration (equipment, space needs, trailers, power requirements, etc.) to assist with event layout planning. Space is limited and will be assigned based on the information provided.

You will be able to set up between 7:00 - 8:30 am in your designated spot. Check in starts at 8 am for attendees. The Event starts at 8:30 am.

Important Requirements

• A signed waiver is required for participation
• All participants must check in upon arrival
• CEU credit requires full session attendance (if applicable to exhibitors please let Hannah know)
