This Field Day will bring together onsite wastewater professionals for 7 CEU hours of education, including classroom-style technical sessions and afternoon field training rotations.

EXHIBITOR & SETUP INFORMATION

Outdoor Setup: This is an outdoor Field Day. Sponsors and exhibitors with exhibit space are responsible for bringing their own setup, including tables, tents, chairs and/or tailgate-style displays.

Vendor Hour: A dedicated Lunch & Vendor Hour will be held from 12:20–1:20 PM, giving attendees time to visit exhibitors, network and learn more about your products and services.

Placement: Exhibitor spaces will be coordinated in high-traffic areas convenient to attendees and the lunch/vendor area.

Setup Needs: During registration, please provide detailed information about your planned setup, including equipment, space requirements, trailers, vehicles, power needs or other special considerations. This information will help us develop the final event layout.

Setup Time: Exhibitor setup will begin at 7:00 AM. Please plan to have your display ready before attendee registration begins at 7:45 AM. Training begins at 8:30 AM.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ATTEND

Breakfast & Lunch: Food will be available for individual purchase onsite from Daddy's Cookout, with breakfast and lunch options available. A menu will be shared prior to the event.

Seating: Please bring any tables, chairs or other furnishings needed for your exhibit.

Dress: This is an outdoor event in a field environment. Please dress appropriately for field conditions. Boots or closed-toe shoes and long pants are recommended.

Weather: The Field Day is scheduled for Thursday, November 12, 2026. The rain date is Tuesday, November 17, 2026.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

A signed waiver is required for participation.

All sponsors, exhibitors and representatives must check in upon arrival.

Please provide accurate setup and space requirements during registration so SCOWA can plan the event layout.

If an exhibitor representative would also like to participate in educational sessions and receive CEU credit, please contact SCOWA in advance regarding attendee registration requirements.
