Proposed Annual Events
1. Quarterly Regional Association Meetings
A total of four (4) Quarterly Regional Association Meetings shall be held annually as follows:
a. Four (4) single-day meetings of the Association will be held, one (1) in each of the four (4) regions of the state. These Quarterly Meetings of the Association will generally be a 1-day event to primarily promote community, but also will include a Board of Directors meeting and at least 4 to 6 training offerings for obtaining CEU credits.
2. Annual 2-Day State Conference
An Annual 2-Day State Conference shall be held primarily to facilitate continuing education transfer to the membership and shall also include a Board Meeting and election of new Officers. Location and details of the Annual 2-Day State Conference will be developed and approved by the Board.
3. Board Meetings
Board of Directors Meetings will be held at each of the four (4) Quarterly Association Meetings, and the Annual 2-Day State Conference (5 total). All Members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
